China sourcing desk: supplier evidence and comparable quotations for modular building projects.
Sourcing process Contact our desk Compare optionsThis policy explains how ramtechbuildingsystemssourcing.com handles personal data sent through forms, email and the blog comment box. It applies from 2026 until a dated replacement is posted on this page. It does not describe how a jobsite stores paper drawings after delivery.
Ramtech Building Systems operates as an independent China-based sourcing and procurement service. The sourcing desk handles website inquiries and shares a project brief with candidate suppliers, inspectors or logistics partners only as needed to answer the request. Ask the desk for its current legal entity and mailing details before sending sensitive project information.
The inquiry form asks for first name, work email, phone, company, deployment country, building use and a free-text brief. The brief often contains project loads and a programme month. Blog comments collect name, email, an optional website and the comment. Server logs may store IP address, browser type and the page requested, kept for security review.
We use inquiry data to answer the building question, to identify the appropriate supplier review path, and to keep a record of what was asked. We do not sell the list. We do not use the brief to train a public model. If a proposed supplier, independent inspector or freight forwarder must see the country and the module size, we share only those fields and we name that party in the project correspondence.
Use the inquiry form to ask about retention for your inquiry or comment. Include enough detail for the desk to locate the record.
The site uses cookies needed to remember a form validation state and to measure failed requests. It does not run a third-party advertising pixel in this template. You can block cookies in the browser; the inquiry form still works if you retype the fields.
You may ask for a copy of your inquiry, a correction, or deletion where the law gives that right. Use the site inquiry form with the subject Privacy request and the address you used on the form. We may ask for proof that the mailbox is yours before we send a project brief back.
A project brief may need to be shared with a supplier or service partner in China and with parties in the destination country. The proposed recipients and scope should be confirmed in project correspondence. If your law requires a transfer tool, say so in the email and we will pause sharing until that tool is in place.
The form on each page links here so the privacy notice is next to the send button. Sending the form is the confirmation named in that checkbox.
